We start with your business, not your backlog. What the system is for, who depends on it, and what constraints are non-negotiable. Usually a week, sometimes less.

A written plan: architecture, scope, sequence and cost. You see the trade-offs we considered and why we chose one over another — before anyone writes code.

Build
Short cycles with working software at the end of each one. Your team has access to the repository from day one; nothing is developed behind a curtain.

Offer-to-contract automation for a property brokerage
A brokerage was assembling and chasing purchase offers by hand across email, spreadsheets and a CRM that nobody trusted. We modelled the whole offer lifecycle as automated workflows, generated the contract PDFs from templates, and closed the loop by tracking replies back into the pipeline automatically.

Reconciliation platform for a payments company
Daily settlement was reconciled in spreadsheets, and a mismatch could take an analyst a full day to trace. We built an ingestion and matching service with a clear audit trail, so breaks surface immediately and every adjustment is attributable.

The in-product dashboard had grown to the point where common queries timed out and customers stopped trusting the numbers. We reshaped the data model, moved aggregation off the request path, and rebuilt the front-end around what customers actually looked at.
